Client Confidentiality & Obligations
All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If the trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details.
It is understood between the client and trainer that both must commit to the programme 100% in order to achieve results.
The client is required to arrive on time, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear, for each training session so that a full and successful session can be achieved on each visit.
All clients must complete an LJPT health questionnaire before commencing any personal training programme.
You may be required to produce a letter from your GP stating that you are fit to participate in exercise (please be aware that your GP may charge for providing this letter).
Your trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
Fees & Cancellation Policy
Fee for personal training block must be paid in advance. Payment can be made via BACS or cash.
24 hours notice is required to cancel any booked session, failure to do so will result in session being charged at usual rate.
All block purchase sessions are valid for 60 days from date of purchase. Once purchased, sessions are non-refundable or transferrable.
If the client is late for a session the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.
If the trainer is late additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.
