LJPT Fitness Retreats
Launched in 2016, with the first retreat being held in Dubai.
“I saw the fitness retreat advertised on Instagram and decided to take the plunge and sign up. I had only just started my fitness journey in the February and with the retreat in June I had something to work towards.
I had never met Lee but after emailing him to book on I found him to be very friendly and was very responsive answering all of my concerns.
I met lee half way on the way to the retreat and he made me feel very welcome and also was very reassuring as I was nervous about the first run.
The organisation of the weekend was impeccable and the meal and session plans were carefully designed around the fuel your body needs for the different workouts.
The Manor itself was beautiful and I was lucky enough to have my own room and ensuite. I found the weekend was really tough physically but once you get over the body aches it really is all about having the mental ability to push through to the end which is where Lee comes in. He was reassuring and positive the whole time keeping you motivated even when you want to give up. I was so glad I completed the 3 days and felt proud to have been apart of it. Thank you Lee.”
“If you are looking for a fitness challenge I would definitely recommend taking part in one of Lee’s fitness retreats. I went on the Norfolk 2018 retreat and I had an amazing time. I loved the variety of exercise: morning runs, HIIT classes, an 8 mile run and doing things that I have never done before, like carrying water tanks and running with sand bags.
The location and house were amazing, the food was incredible and the workouts were diverse and challenging. I loved getting involved and helping with food prep, as well as playing table tennis and having lots of laughs in our free time.
Lee had planned everything perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for more from a UK based fitness retreat. I was surrounded by motivating and lovely people, which really made the retreat enjoyable and encouraged me to push myself as much as I could.
Norfolk 2018 was the biggest challenge I’ve ever faced, my body was pushed harder than it’s ever been pushed before and I had lots of aches but I would go back again tomorrow.
I will definitely be booking onto another retreat. I’d recommend it to anyone who really wants a challenge, the retreat was far from easy but it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.”
